BWI is a private company that talks with California homeowners about options when a foreclosure auction is scheduled. We are not attorneys, a government agency, or a loan modification company, and we are not affiliated with your lender. Nothing on this site or in our conversations is legal, tax or financial advice. You may want to speak with an attorney or a HUD approved housing counselor about your situation.
No promises
Every situation is different. We do not promise or guarantee any result, including stopping or postponing a foreclosure sale. Any agreement to buy a home or do anything else will only be made in a separate written contract signed by both sides.
